Tax Asset Revaluation

We review appraisal reports as issued by Appraisal Company whereby the report should be reconciled to match details of Fixed Assets, which are later, required to be submitted to the Regional Tax Office (Kanwil). We also help you to prepare all documents required to be submitted to the Regional Tax Office, including letters and other necessary documents, and (if any) the calculations of a final applicable Taxes to comply with the latest applicable Tax Law and Regulations. This is then followed up with the approval process from the Regional Tax Office, including submissions of other supporting documents and any necessary explanations to tax officers, in order to receive the approval letters from the Regional Tax Office.
